We are seeking a motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our business. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
