Accounts Executive

Description

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client accounts and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• - Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments, etc.) in accounting software.
• - Prepare and verify GST workings, file GST returns, and ensure compliance with GST provisions.
• - Handle TDS calculation, deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns.
• - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• - Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations.
• - Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• - Support statutory audits, internal audits, and respond to queries raised by auditors.
• - Maintain proper documentation and records as per company policies and statutory requirements.
• - Stay updated with changes in GST, TDS, and other applicable accounting standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in account management, sales, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
