Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to handle accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and auditors for a leading fasteners manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare invoices and delivery challans on Tally Prime
Prepare purchase vouchers and pass journal entries
Manage accounts receivable and follow up with customers
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns in coordination with the CA
Maintain vendor accounts and payroll
Prepare and submit financial reports to senior management

Requirements:

Graduate degree in Commerce (CA Inter preferred)
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounting and Finance
Strong working knowledge of Tally and accounting fundamentals
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail, organized, and process-oriented
