Ratti Brands Private Limited is a New York & New Delhi-based High Performance Beauty Startup. Our premium Skincare brand Melblok is a Dermaceutical brand that is marketed online as well as through physical retail and aesthetic clinics / dermatologist offices.

Responsibilities
- Must be from CA Firm. & Worked in CA Firm minimum 2Years.
- Shopify , RazorPay & Shiprocket (reconciliation)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience (Preferably article ship completed)
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Integrity, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail
- Manage all accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with taxation regulations
- Assist in financial audits and internal audits as needed
- Analyze financial information to guide business decisions
- Maintain books of accounts on daily basis in Tally ERP9
- Generate E-invoice against sales.
- Maintain relevant documents related to dispatch of goods, stock, assets etc. -
- Complete knowledge of GST, GST calculation, GST return, GST refund, - GST payment, E-way bills, proof of export to vendors and all other applicable GST appliances. -
- Complete knowledge of income Tax i.e. TDS, Advance income tax, TDS Return, TDS payment.
- Handling petty cash and bank account on daily basis and bank reconciliation on weekly basis.
- Prepare reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis & report to concern department/ office. - Ensure all the bills are paid properly and timely.
Highly Preferable Requirements:-
Having worked with eCommerce Sales of Goods*
E-way bill generation & Logistics Experience
Excellent Computer Skills
Experience with working on Shopify, Razorpay and Shiprocket.*
Education
Bachelors or Masters in Commerce, Accounting & Finance.
Work Experience
Experience in cosmetics, pharma or health/beauty care industry preferred.
3+ Years in accounting & Finance required.
Experience in Manufacturing and Retail accounting and taxation
