Job Description Account Executive
- Booking and recording of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.
- Invoice processing and sales order processing.
- Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Verify the accuracy of pricing, discounts, and terms mentioned in the sales orders.
- Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures, including GST and TDS workings.
- Reconciliation of Debtor/Creditor accounts.
- Bank reconciliation and monitoring cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve any invoicing discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Handle import purchases: manage documentation, cost calculations, vendor coordination, and ensure compliance with import regulations.
- Stay updated on customs duties, foreign exchange transactions, and import-related tax implications.
- Manage inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Process and maintain purchase orders, verify supplier details, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required in emergency situations.
