Job Title: Accounts Executive
Company Overview:
We are a manufacturing company based out of Doddaballapur, specializing in the lighting and EMS
industry. Our clientele spans diverse sectors, reflecting our commitment to quality and innovation. As we
continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and achievement-oriented Accounts Executive to join our
team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
Track customer payments, follow up on outstanding dues, and maintain accurate AR reports.
Reconcile supplier and customer ledgers regularly.
2. Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record day-to-day transactions in Tally / ERP systems.
Manage journal entries, credit / debit notes, and adjustments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
3. GST & Statutory Compliance
Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
Reconcile GST input/output and coordinate with auditors for compliance.
Assist in statutory audits and ensure records are maintained as per regulations.
4. Inventory & Cost Tracking
Coordinate with the stores and production teams to reconcile stock.
Assist in costing of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Support monthly stock valuation and physical stock audits.
5. Bank & Cash Management
Handle bank reconciliations, payments, receipts, and petty cash management.
Prepare daily/weekly cash flow statements.
6. Purchase & Sales Coordination
Verify purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices for accuracy.
Coordinate with the sales team for sales invoices, credit control, and documentation.
7. Payroll Support (if required)
Assist with attendance data, payroll processing, and statutory deductions (PF/ESI/TDS).
8. General Administration (as required)
Support finance and admin-related tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years work experience in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
