Program Support and Data Management:
- Assist the program team in maintaining comprehensive and compliant records.
- Maintain and organize program data for efficient operations and easy information access.
- Collect and synthesize data from hospitals to guide program improvements.
- Track and manage reporting on patient numbers and Patient Support Group (PSG) meetings to measure program impact.
- Oversee hospital-based activities in collaboration with Patient Support Coordinators (PSCs).
Aid and Inventory Management:
- Ensure uninterrupted aid delivery by tracking and addressing delays and invoice submissions.
- Assist in vendor searches and onboarding, coordinating with nutritionists, PSCs, and procurement teams.
- Release and review monthly ration audit forms ensuring compliance with program standards.
- Conduct monthly stock reconciliations and audits to prevent wastage and maintain accurate aid tracking.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with hospitals to secure permissions for donor visits and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare visit checklists and coordinate with hospital teams to ensure positive and efficient donor experiences.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (BCom, BSc, or BSW).
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with hospital systems or NGOs.
- Familiarity with donor management and audit processes.
- Knowledge of procurement and stock management.
