We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • GST and its reconciliation and filings
  • Tally operation, Journal entries
  • Knowl;edge on generating Waybills, Balance sheet
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, GST, Excel).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
