The Accounts cum Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities along with administrative and office support functions. The role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and process invoices, bills and expense statements
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances (returns, filings, documentation)
- Coordinate with Head Office for Accounting purpose
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and day-to-day operations
- Handle vendor management, purchase orders, and office supplies
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Support payroll processing and HR documentation
- Coordinate with service providers (IT, housekeeping, utilities, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
