Job Description

The Accounts cum Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities along with administrative and office support functions. The role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills and expense statements
  • Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances (returns, filings, documentation)
  • Coordinate with Head Office for Accounting purpose
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and records

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration and day-to-day operations
  • Handle vendor management, purchase orders, and office supplies
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
  • Support payroll processing and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with service providers (IT, housekeeping, utilities, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
