Position: Accounts Associate
Location: Janakpuri, Delhi
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Leave: 1.5 days per month+ 3rd & 4th Saturday Off
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience)

Role Overview
We are looking for an Accounts Associate with strong practical exposure in accounting, taxation, and compliance. This is a hands-on role involving direct client interaction and end-to-end execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting and preparation of Monthly/Quarterly MIS reports
- GST compliance – return filing and payments
- TDS compliance – payment and return filing
- Tax Audit, GST Audit, and other statutory audits
- Financial statement analysis and periodic reporting
- Tax computation as per applicable laws and regulations
- Data analysis and providing actionable insights to clients/management
- Payroll Processing and Employee Statutory Compliance
- Client coordination and query handling
- Review of work done by articles and performing reconciliations
- Invoicing and payment follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting
- CA Dropout (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in a CA firm
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax
- Working knowledge of Companies Act and audit practices
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Advanced Excel
- Good analytical and numerical ability
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Team player with leadership mindset
