Job Summary

Join RMS as a Human Resource Executive supporting finance operations with detailed invoice processing, payment handling, and financial record maintenance to ensure accurate and timely accounting functions.

Responsibilities

  • Register and process invoices accurately to support Accounts Payable operations
  • Match invoices with purchase and delivery orders to ensure payment accuracy
  • Handle debit and credit notes to maintain correct financial records
  • Prepare and process payments and disbursements promptly to vendors and stakeholders
  • Maintain organized financial records and filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness
  • Perform Accounts Receivable tasks to support cash flow management
  • Assist the finance team with ad hoc duties to ensure smooth financial operations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to meet deadlines consistently
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external parties

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:45 pm

Salary:

  • $2800 - $3200
