Accounts Assistant

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting our accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly closing activities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
• Support the finance team with audits and other financial tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance role.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
