We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance and will be responsible for supporting the accounting department in various tasks, including record keeping, processing transactions, and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Assist with audits and tax preparation
  • Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
