We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to manage outgoing payments and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements. The role involves verifying purchase orders, processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collection and validation of supporting documents such as tax invoices. The candidate will handle client and vendor inquiries, post journal entries, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Process outgoing payments in compliance with established agreements, company policies and procedures.
  • Review and maintain/file client agreements with timely audits on contractual terms.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of POs raised before releasing payment.
  • Ensure prompt collection of relevant documents including Tax Invoices while ensuring accuracy.
  • Attend client inquiries & clarifications and provide prompt response.
  • Passing Journal Entries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure accuracy in finances.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Maintain professional integrity & trust at all times.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with Clients, vendors and other employees within the company.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment while achieving the agreed SLA's.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in relevant field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working experience in Vendor management systems such as Coupa will be an added advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office products, specifically MS Excel.
