Accounts and Finance Executive

Location: Cherlapally, Hyderabad

Salary: 20,000–25,000/month

We are looking for a hands-on Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities and grow with the organization.

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and entries in Tally Prime.
• Bank reconciliation and coordination with banks/lenders for routine follow-ups and documentation.
• Prepare provisional financial statements, MIS and financial schedules.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and CA for finalisation of accounts and audits.
• Prepare CMA data and financial information required by banks.
• Handle/coordinate GST, TDS and related reconciliations and filings.
• Maintain customer/vendor ledgers and ensure books are updated and reconciled.
• Support management with financial reports and other accounting requirements.
• Improve use of Tally Prime and automated accounting processes, reducing manual work.

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent.
• 2–3 years relevant experience.
• Good practical knowledge of Tally Prime and Excel.
• Sound understanding of accounting, GST and TDS.
• Exposure to audit, financial statements, CMA and banking.
• Good communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
• Should be smart, proactive, willing to learn and capable of taking ownership.

Candidates from manufacturing/pharmaceutical companies will be preferred.
