About BAV Electric

BAV Electric is a multi-brand electric two-wheeler retailer growing fast across Telangana, with outlets in Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Warangal and Medchal. We sell to individual riders and to businesses running delivery and commercial fleets, through company-run outlets and franchise partners. BAV Electric is operated by Bhasusa Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The role

Every vehicle we sell passes through several hands: from manufacturer to warehouse to outlet to customer. You'll keep the numbers behind that journey accurate. That means daily sales and collections from every outlet, what we owe our suppliers, and a clean match between the vehicles we bought and the vehicles we sold. You'll be the finance team's anchor, working closely with our outlets, our HR team and our external CA.

What you'll do

Outlet & franchise sales

• Record and reconcile daily sales from every outlet and franchise partner
• Verify invoices and match cash, UPI and bank collections against them
• Track amounts outstanding from outlets, franchisees and business customers, and follow up on pending collections
• Prepare weekly and monthly outlet-wise financial reports

Purchases & vendor payments

• Record manufacturer and supplier invoices, with supporting documents for every purchase
• Maintain vendor ledgers, credit/debit notes and payment-due reports
• Reconcile supplier statements with our books

Vehicle & inventory reconciliation

• Keep a vehicle-wise record of every unit bought, transferred and sold, tracked by chassis/VIN number
• Track stock movement from manufacturer to warehouse to each outlet
• Reconcile physical stock with the books, and investigate any vehicle that doesn't match

GST & compliance

• Make sure every sales and purchase invoice is GST-compliant
• Prepare GST reconciliation and return data
• Coordinate with our CA on GST, TDS and statutory filings
• Keep organised digital records of all invoices and documents

Expenses, payroll & bank

• Verify and record company, warehouse and outlet expenses; maintain petty cash and vouchers
• Process payroll using attendance, incentive and deduction inputs from HR, and maintain salary records
• Maintain bank and payment reconciliations

Who we're looking for

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent, with 1–3 years in accounts (experience at an automobile dealership, retailer or distributor is a strong plus)
• Hands-on with Tally, Zoho Books or similar, and confident in Excel
• Working knowledge of GST invoicing, reconciliation and TDS
• Meticulous with numbers and comfortable chasing a discrepancy until it's resolved
• Fluent in Telugu and English
• Willing to visit outlets across Telangana when needed
