Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an
Accounts and Audit Associate located at our
Alipur Office. The Associate will support the audit and accounts team by conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with policies and laws, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting internal audits of financial transactions and systems.
- Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Support in preparing financial statements, reports, and working papers.
- Ensure compliance with taxation laws, corporate regulations, and internal controls.
- Identify irregularities and report findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with the accounts team on day-to-day accounting functions.
- Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial data management.
- Provide support during external/internal audits by preparing required documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ACCA/ICMA part qualified/qualified preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of proven experience in audit or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
