We are looking for an Accounting & Tax Analyst to track, evaluate & deliver Accounting and Compliance activities of our company. The main responsibilities include establishing control and accuracy over accounting deliverables, tax compliance, and supporting audit. Ultimately, you should be able to drive the best accounting & tax practices that comply with laws and promote our company s financial well-being.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for monthly bookkeeping and accounting close as per accounting policy
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Improve financial systems and processes & initiate corrective actions wherever required
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filing compliance
Organize and update the company s tax and ROC database
Stay updated on regulatory and legislative changes
Requirements and Skills:
Hands-on experience with accounting software and booking-keeping procedures
Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Strong compliance and control mindset
Ability to accurately process numerical data
Excellent time management skills and problem-solving attitude
Degree in finance & accounts with relevant work experience
