Position: Accounting Manager
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage monthly and quarterly accounting close activities, including all required analyses, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations to support timely and accurate monthly close process and financial reporting.
- Manage the day-to-day accounting function
- Design, document, implement and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures and controls ensuring the design and operation is effective.
- Managing two accounting professionals
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have excellent communication, project management and supervisory skills. You work well and partner with a geographically dispersed team (domestic and international). You are highly organized, mind the details and see the bigger picture. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant accounting experience
- Public accounting (Big 4/Large Regional) highly preferred.
- Experience with Oracle and Netsuite mandatory.
- Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and collaborative platforms like SharePoint.
- Ability to work confidentially and responsibly at all levels within an organization.
- Demonstrated experience as a contributing member of high performing
- Management experience highly preferred
