As an Accounting Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and executing various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Your role will also include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‑to‑end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist in monthend and yearend closing processes
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
