Job Description

  • Oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and collections.
  • Monitor customer accounts to identify and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address billing-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare regular financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of accounts receivable professionals.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Receivables Lead should have:

  • 6+ years of experience with a CA or MBA finance qualification
  • Proven expertise in accounts receivable processes and financial operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience
