We are seeking a Chartered Accountant/CA Inter/MBA Finance (Commerce background) with 5-7 years experience and excellent communication skills to join our team and grow with us.
You will play a critical role in managing various accounting and financial activities within our organization.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in finance, accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of accounting, tax and financial principles and practices
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & operations:
Manage day-to-day financial & accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
Commissions accounting and revenue recognition per GAAP;
Monthly, quarterly and annual closing and handling audits;
Payroll processing and compliances;
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies;
Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Provide regular financial analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement
Monitor key financial metrics
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget
Collaborate with department managers to create accurate financial forecasts
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis reports
Compliance & Legal:
Liaise with external advisors on ensuring timely statutory payments, returns & other compliances;
Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure financial and labour compliance with government regulations

Work experience in MNCs;
Working knowledge of US GAAP;
Basic knowledge of and handled taxes, FEMA & GST compliances;
