Accounting Manager (Freelancer)

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting.

You will be responsible for maintaining internal controls, leading a high-performing team, and supporting key financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting functions, including:
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Payroll
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with accounting standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the development of a team of accountants.
• Lead the month-end close process and prepare financial statements.
• Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in accounting management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
