Your Work Profile

As part of the Assurance (A&A) team, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with clients and teams, aiming to exceed expectations through technical excellence and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in IFRS, Ind AS, US GAAP accounting, regulatory reporting, internal controls, or internal/statutory audits within Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, or related sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Indian GAAP and Ind AS, with the ability to identify and analyze key differences.
  • Lead and execute Ind AS implementation and accounting advisory projects; research complex technical accounting issues and prepare client-ready deliverables.
  • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders and prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Coach and mentor team members to build capability and ensure delivery excellence.

Desired Qualifications

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; ability to handle and analyze large datasets.
  • Self-motivated team player with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in ambiguous situations.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.

Location and Way of Working

  • Base Location: Mumbai
  • Work Model: Hybrid (may involve frequent travel to client locations)
