Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Accountant specializing in Zoho Books. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations, optimizing Zoho Books usage, creating financial workflows, and providing recommendations for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage theZoho Books accounting platform and financial workflows
• Handleaccounts receivable and accounts payable
• Manageclient bill collections and payment follow ups
• Create and managerecurring service invoices and project invoices
• Processvendor bills, expenses, and purchase transactions
• Support accounting forhardware and software resale transactions
• Performbank and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger and financial records
• Preparemonthly financial statements and reports
• Createcustom reports and financial dashboards in Zoho Books
• Monitorrevenue, cost, and profitability by client or project
• Assistwithcash flow management and forecasting
• Providefinancial insights and reporting to leadership
• Maintain financial records for compliance and audits
• Coordinate with external CPA for tax preparation and year end reporting
