We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. This role involves managing financial records, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in tax preparation and compliance with local regulations.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct audits and assist in the preparation of audit documents.
• Maintain organized financial filing systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
