Whizz HR is hiring for Accountant in Mumbai for our internal team :
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations and coordination
- Maintain office supplies, vendor management, and facility upkeep
- Handle documentation, filing systems, and record maintenance
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications
- Support HR with onboarding logistics and attendance records
- Assist leadership with administrative tasks and reports
Accounts & Finance
- Maintain invoices, bills, and expense records
- Process vendor payments and follow up on receivables
- Support GST documentation and basic compliance work
- Assist in bookkeeping and data entry in accounting software
- Coordinate with CA/accountants for financial reporting
- Maintain petty cash and expense tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 14 years of experience in admin/accounts role
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and invoicing
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software (Tally preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
