Job Description

Whizz HR is hiring for Accountant in Mumbai for our internal team :

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and coordination
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor management, and facility upkeep
  • Handle documentation, filing systems, and record maintenance
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications
  • Support HR with onboarding logistics and attendance records
  • Assist leadership with administrative tasks and reports

Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain invoices, bills, and expense records
  • Process vendor payments and follow up on receivables
  • Support GST documentation and basic compliance work
  • Assist in bookkeeping and data entry in accounting software
  • Coordinate with CA/accountants for financial reporting
  • Maintain petty cash and expense tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 14 years of experience in admin/accounts role
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and invoicing
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software (Tally preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
