We help legal functions to digitize & automate legal contract management processes using artificial intelligence tools, machine learning modules, and workflows.

Volody CLM enables businesses to reduce contract execution time by 50%, saves cost, and enables paperless contract execution.

Responsibilities

Manage and record all accounting transactions

Prepare invoices Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Follow-up with customers for payments

Ensure timely bank payments and tax payments Prepare Bank reconciliation statements and tally it

Bank Account Management Compute all types of taxes and filings of returns e.g. GST, TDS, PT, Income tax etc.

Compliance with various Statutory Acts like GST, TDS, PT, Income tax etc. Handle tax matters and assessments related to GST, TDS, PT, Income tax etc.

Filing of forms and returns on MCA Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Prepare books of accounts

Assist the auditor for verification of document and answer auditor's queries Comply with financial policies and regulations

Preparation of salary statements

Requirements and skills

Work experience as an Accountant in a tech firm for about 3-4 years

Advanced knowledge and experience of accounting software like Tally and government websites for filing of various tax returns GST, TDS, PT, Income tax etc.

MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables Experience with general ledger functions Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Minimum qualification – Bachelor of Commerce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
