Qualifications

1. B.Com / M.Com

2. Minimum 1 year of core accounting experience

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of Income Tax and current GST regulations

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations including journal entries, general ledger, and invoicing
• Ensure 100% accuracy and timely compliance for GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other statutory requirements
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support management with MIS reporting and collaborate with Sales & Operations teams
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for smooth financial closures
• Manage employee reimbursements and incentive calculations
• Perform bank statement reconciliation
