Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. You will also collaborate with internal teams, provide financial insights to guide decision-making, and assist in budgeting and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, alongside spreadsheet applications
• Keen attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus
• Experience in payroll management, audit, or tax accounting is an advantage
