United Solutions is an EUbased technology firm specializing in secure, compliant, and innovative digital platforms. With operations aligned toEU accounting frameworks,GDPR,ISO 27001, and crossborder compliance standards, we are expanding our finance function to support our international growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance withIFRS, applicable to EUoperating companies.
- Ensure compliance with relevantEU accounting directives, including the Fourth, Seventh, and Eighth Council Directives covering annual accounts, consolidated accounts, and audit requirements.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting cycles for an EUbased entity.
- Oversee consolidation processes for multientity group structures in line with EU rules.
- Liaise with auditors and tax advisors in the EU and India.
- Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory frameworks (e.g.,Companies Act, Indian GAAP) for any Indiabased support functions.
- Maintain documentation aligned with EU transparency, financial reporting, and ESGrelated expectations as established by EU nonfinancial reporting directives.
- Optimize internal finance processes, including automation, reconciliation, and cost controls.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of accounting experience supporting international or EUbased companies.
- Spoken & written English level B2-C1
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications preferred:ACCA, CPA, CA (India).
- Strong knowledge of: EU accounting rules & IFRS, key EU accountancy directives(Fourth, Seventh, Eighth, Modernization)
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
