Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and taxation activities for our organization. The role involves handling accounting operations, GST compliance, financial reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime & ZohoBooks.
- Handle GST workings and filings
- Perform bank reconciliation, bookkeeping and ledger scrutiny
- Manage vendor payments, client receipts, and expense accounting
- Assist in statutory and tax audits by preparing required data
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and expense summaries
- Assist in advance tax calculations and basic Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, GST, and TDS regulations
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Good understanding of Accounting, GST, Zohobooks and TDS
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel
- High level of accuracy, organization, and time management
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (agency or service industry experience preferred)
- Immediate joiner or short notice period (preferred)
