About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations using Tally ERP and MS Excel
• Prepare and file GST returns and TDS returns as per compliance
• Record and reconcile bank transactions accurately
• Handle purchase entries, sales invoices, and Tally invoicing
• Generate e-way bills for transportation of goods
• Maintain organized records of accounts payable and receivable
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy in financial documentation
• Assist with audits, inventory tracking, and monthly financial reporting
• Ensure timely and error-free data entry with a strong focus on details

Candidate Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entries
• Prior experience (preferred but not mandatory) in:
• GST/TDS filing
• E-way billing and invoice generation
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Two-wheeler (preferred for roles involving local travel)
