This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Chennai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Day-to-day tasks include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and conducting audits to ensure financial accuracy. The role also involves collaborating with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting techniques
• Experience in auditing and thorough understanding of compliance standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, along with advanced Excel skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Previous experience in a digital marketing or creative agency environment is advantageous
