We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and ownership.
This role requires someone who can handle responsibilities independently, maintain financial discipline, and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate books of accounts (day-to-day accounting entries)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
- Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required
- Track expenses, invoices, and ensure proper documentation
- Support management with financial data and basic analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Experience- 25 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Experience working in SMEs or growing businesses is a plus
