Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team to handle accounting, banking, and statutory compliance for our manufacturing business in Dharwad Hubli. The ideal candidate will be strong in Tally/ERP, electronic banking, and Excel (pivot tables, lookups), with hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and PF/ESIC filings.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day accounts in Tally/ERP, bank reconciliation, e-payments
GST, TDS, PF/ESIC compliance and return filing
Monthly P&L, balance sheet, schedules, and MIS in Excel
Coordination with management, auditors, and authorities
Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)58 years experience (preferably manufacturing)
Strong Tally/ERP, Excel including Pivot Tables and making reports, and knowledge of Indian statutory compliance

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
