Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Gurugram, India. The Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing reports, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Daily tasks include bookkeeping, monitoring financial transactions, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, managing payroll, and collaborating with team members to maintain financial accuracy. The Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining the organization's financial health and supporting business decisions through accurate financial analysis and insights.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in bookkeeping, managing financial statements, and preparing financial reports
• Experience in developing budgets, conducting audits, and performing financial analysis
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial tools
• Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are advantageous
