Key Responsibilities

Bank Reconciliation

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
• Identify and resolve differences between bank statements and company books

Data Entry

• Enter and update financial data accurately in accounting software and spreadsheets
• Maintain well-organized and up-to-date financial records

Tally Prime Operations

• Record day-to-day transactions in Tally Prime including purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers
• Generate reports such as Ledger, Trial Balance, and other required statements

Journal Entries

• Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, adjustments, and corrections
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Bank Entries

• Record all bank-related transactions such as payments, receipts, and bank charges
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally Prime
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Good typing and data entry speed with high accuracy
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation process
• Attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel
