Role Description

This is a full-time Accountant role, based on-site at our Pune Division location. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Other responsibilities include overseeing budgets, conducting audits, preparing tax returns, and assisting with financial decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting practices, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Minimum Experience - 6 -12 months
• Proficiency in tally ERP software.
• Strong skills in budget management and analysis
• Experience with tax preparation, regulatory compliance, and audits
• Technical expertise in accounting software and financial tools
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CPA or CA is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role in the design or creative industry is advantageous
