Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Pune City. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include handling payroll, maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgets, and assisting with audits. The role will involve working closely with various teams to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial accounting, tax compliance, and budgeting
• Experience with accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of Indian taxation laws and regulatory requirements
• Intermediate to advanced skills in spreadsheet tools such as MS Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus
