About the Company

We are a Rohini-based trading company dealing in cement and TMT bars on a B2B basis. Our clients include contractors, builders, and infrastructure firms. The role requires handling day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, and trade-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts (purchase, sales, cash, bank, journal entries)

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)

Handle e-way bills and ensure compliance during dispatch

Record and reconcile purchase & sales invoices for cement and TMT bars

Manage creditors, debtors, and payment follow-ups

Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking

Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and management for billing accuracy

Assist in ITR, TDS, and basic statutory compliances

Maintain proper documentation for audits and assessments

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong working knowledge of GST in trading businesses

Understanding of HSN codes, tax rates, and e-way bill rules for cement & steel

Experience with accounting software (Tally / Busy / similar)

Good command over Excel (basic formulas, reconciliation)

Ability to independently handle accounts for a small to mid-size trading firm

Experience & Education

Experience: 13 years in accounting for a trading firm (construction material preferred)

Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary & Benefits

Salary range: 30,000-35,000
