Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Raipur. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additional tasks include reconciling transactions, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvements pertaining to financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial record management
- Experience with financial statement preparation and compliance with accounting regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team
- Knowledge of relevant tax laws and financial reporting standards is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Work experience in the agri-business or cold storage industry is a plus
