Job Title: RTR Analyst / Record to Report Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking finance professionals with 2+ years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) operations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting general accounting activities, month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain General Ledger accounts and ensure accounting accuracy.
• Analyze and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist in financial reporting and audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of RTR / General Ledger accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Journal Entries, Accruals, Reconciliations, and Month-End Close.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, SAP Hana.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification preferred.
