Job Title: Assistant Manager – PTP Invoicing

Location: Pune

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)


Job Summar

yWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – PTP Invoicing to manage invoice processing operations, ensure process compliance, and drive operational excellence within the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in invoice processing, team management, stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory)

Key Responsibiliti

  • esManage end-to-end invoice processing and exception handling within the PTP cycl
  • e.Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices in SA
  • P.Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and process performance metric
  • s.Lead, mentor, and support the invoicing team to achieve operational goal
  • s.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve invoice-related issue
  • s.Drive process improvements, controls, and compliance initiative

  • ntsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related fie
