Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, based in Durg, Bhilai and Raipur location. The Accountant will handle daily financial transactions, maintain and reconcile accurate records, oversee payroll processing, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. The role also includes analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and assisting in audits while collaborating with other team members to optimize financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and working with accounting software
- Experience in taxation, including tax preparation, filing, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of ledger reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for financial analysis and budget management
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and maintaining financial records
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
