Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Mumbai. The Accountant will oversee financial transactions, prepare and maintain financial reports, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Responsibilities also include budgeting, expense tracking, and performing reconciliations to support effective decision-making and maintain financial health.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparing financial statements.
• Strong expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliations.
• Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance standards, and financial reporting procedures.
• Experience with accounting software, budgeting, and financial analysis tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in accounting or financial management is preferred.
