About the Role:

We are looking for a high-performing Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to join our Finance, Strategy & Advisory team.

This is an opportunity to work closely with Senior Management, Founders and Virtual CFOs, gaining exposure beyond traditional accounting across Financial Analysis, MIS, Business Strategy, Automation and Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and analyse MIS, budgets, forecasts and financial projections.

· Develop client-wise and business-line performance analysis and financial dashboards.

· Analyse profitability, cash flows, working capital and key business metrics.

· Convert financial data into actionable business insights for management.

· Support Virtual CFO and business advisory assignments.

· Identify opportunities to improve and automate finance processes.

· Review and ensure accuracy of accounting and financial data.

· Handle and review GST, TDS, Income Tax and other financial matters.

· Work directly with clients, founders and senior management on financial and business matters.

What We Are Looking For

· CA with 0-1 years of relevant experience.

· Strong accounting and financial analysis fundamentals.

· Excellent knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis.

· Experience in MIS, budgeting, forecasting or financial reporting.

· Good understanding of GST, Direct Tax and statutory matters.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to take ownership and work independently.

· Curious mindset with an interest in technology, automation and business strategy.
