Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, financial compliance, vendor coordination, and basic office operations. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting including journal entries, ledgers, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
Handle vendor payments, receivables, and maintain petty cash records.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and verify vendor bills as per approved rate lists.
Maintain and track site-wise inventory and stock records.
Coordinate with vendors, manage rate negotiations, and update rate lists.
Ensure timely compliance and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Generate and file GST returns, maintain input/output records, and perform reconciliation.
Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns as per applicable norms.
Support internal audits and prepare financial reports, project costing, and MIS reports.
Assist with administrative tasks such as office supplies management, asset tracking, and record keeping.
Oversee basic day-to-day office operations and management.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST & TDS)
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Good communication and vendor management skills
Attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Terms & Conditions:
Employment is contingent upon signing and returning the offer letter by 20th August 2025.

Adherence to the agreed notice period and probation period is mandatory.
